For just over a week now I have been working with a bandwidth speed of .13 mbps because of the download cap with Digiweb.

As you can see my speed is back to where it should be but it took a bit of time, ringing, e-mails etc. As far as I understood when I got broadband with Digiweb I had a download cap of 30 gig per month but it actually works out with a download cap over a 30 day period which is not reset every month which can be annoying but I only went over it once and that was after a year of using the service.
With the speed going down to .13 for around eight days, I won’t be doing that again in a hurry, but this should have been explained clearly on the website with Digiweb that if you go over 30-35 gig or whatever your limit is that your speed will go down to that for the amount of days so people signing up should know.
Any way I am well happy to be back with my speed.
